Group Classes

Our classes provide a space for everyone to exercise safely and without injury. We individually assess you in an initial consult with one of our exercise physiologists to ensure we write a program which is fitted to your goals and needs. Clients receive a program specific to their needs and they complete it in a group setting.

Strength & Balance

This program is available to anyone who is looking to improve their overall strength and balance. We focus on providing participants with a stable base of support. Our goal is to educate our participants on the importance of strength and balance for the future. This program aims to prevent falls, decrease pain, improve posture and increase over all strength to improve quality of life.

All services are claimable via your private health fund. Please check with your fund whether you have access to exercise physiology services.

Masters Program

This program is available to any masters athletes competing from social to international level. This is for anyone who is looking to decrease their pain whilst they play and improve their speed and strength. Our focus for this program is to provide all season access to health services so you can ensure you’re safe from injury on and off the field! Our program is proven to increase performance and decrease pain.

Sporting Edge Program

The program provides athletes from any sport with guidance in regard to high quality movement patterns, training loads, program progression and the importance of monitoring results. Whether you want your athlete to learn how to train safely or perform at a national level we have a program for you.
